Chicken roll not good to use as a topper.

I use the rolled food as a supplement to kibble. The beef roll is excellent. The chicken is too moist and sticky to cut into small pieces. Would be great as a primary food though.

I cannot read the nutritional information from the picture, so I'm wondering what percent of crude fat is in this food? Also, what is your lowest fat dog food overall? My dog has a very sensitive stomach, so if the fat percentage is too high he will throw up after eating. Thank you for your time! :)

I bought the chicken rolled dog food. It was very similar I texture and color to packed brown sugar. It also stuck to the wrapper an had to be scraped off. I would not buy this again based off this experience. Is this normal?

Hi Cathy, Thank you for contacting Redbarn Pet Products. While unopened, you can safely store Rolled Food in your pantry. The unopened rolls will remain fresh until the expiration date is stamped on the package. But once opened, you would need to store the remaining portions in a sealed, air-tight container in the fridge or freezer. Rolls will remain fresh for one to two weeks in the fridge and up to six months in the freezer. So if ever you are bringing this to a camping trip, I suggest you take with you an unopened roll but it needs to be consumed right after opening. Hope this helps! Thank you, The Redbarn Family
